Guildford Primary School has two distinct intake areas for enrolment.
- Local intake area – students who live in this area are exclusively within the Guildford Primary School Area, they are not entitled to go to any other state primary school
- Shared intake area – students who live in this area are able to attend both Woodbridge and Guildford Primary, pending availability of space
Guildford Primary prioritises enrolments from Kindergarten to Year 6 based on the following criteria: where capacity for Kindergarten-Year 6 in any category, priority is given within that category based on closest to the school.
The priorities in section 3.1. for Kindergarten to Year 6 are as follows
1. A child living in the exclusively Guildford area who has a sibling at the school in 2025 and lives nearest to the school
2. A child living in the exclusively Guildford area who does not have a sibling at the school in 2025 and lives nearest to the school
3. A child living in the shared zone who has a sibling at the school in 2025 and lives nearest to the school
4. A child living in the shared zone who does not have a sibling at the school in 2025 and lives nearest to the school
5. A child living out of both areas who has a sibling at the school in 2025 and lives nearest to the school
6. A child living out of both areas who does not have a sibling at the school in 2025 and lives nearest to the school.
